Project goal

To create a new APS system based on optimization algorithms, flexible resources, BPMN processes, and machine learning.

Expected results of the project

A new generation APS that uses optimization algorithms, artificial intelligence, and BPMN tools to model the organizational processes of a company, optimally utilizes human resources and automatically cleans/refills input data.
The optimization algorithm will receive input data for production scheduling and lot sizing via a fixed API. It will output the start times of operations and their assignment to resources according to the optimization criteria.

A BPMN process verifier will automatically verify user-generated process models within the APS system to catch potential errors in the process design before the process is deployed.

The project APS FOR MANUFACTURING WITH FLEXIBLE RESOURCES AND PROCESSES is co-financed with state support from the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic within the FW-TREND Technology Leaders Programme. This project was funded under the National Recovery Plan from the European Recovery and Resilience Facility.
